スパムコレクション（２８）東京電力エナジーパートナーがメルカリ？【たまプラビジネス余談放談】20240412
最近、会社のinfo@宛に頻繁に到来する、「東京電力エナジーパートナー」を名乗ったスパム。初掲載。高齢者でPCを扱えなければ騙されないだろうが、なまじPCを使えるがスパム慣れしていない中高齢者がこれを見たら焦るだろう。そしてリンクにアクセスしてしまい罠にハマる。見分け方は、リンク先アドレスのドメインが”東京電力”ではないのでまずそこでわかる。クリックする前にリンクにマウスを乗せてみること。文中に”添付の請求書”とあるが、何も添付はされていない。なぜか途中から”引っ越し後の照会”という手続きが出てくる。おそらく、春先の引っ越しシーズンに便乗するつもりだろう。それからなぜか後半の１．定義、２、適用、３．本規約への同意、などの文面の記述があり、本物の「メルカリ」へのリンクが貼られている。意味もなくそれらしく見せるための文面を掲載していると思われる。

Indeed, if senior people, who can handles PC himself, may be panic and mistakenly access the link, be falied into a trap. See this link and notice a domain is not their official domain. And text said they attached some file but no file is attached. and strangely text said "definition, application, agreement etc, with a link to "Mercari" site which is for famous shopping site with no meaning.
対策は、毎回おなじみの繰り返しだが、これらが基本だ。
- リンク先へ飛ぶ前にマウスオーバーで表示されるアドレスを調べる。
- 非通知の電話には応答しない。
- サイトへのアクセスはメールからのリンクではなく、検索あるいはURLを入力して行おう。リンクを辿らず、検索して正規のサイトを見てみると、たとえば「えきねっと」ではスパムメールへの警告が掲載されているのですぐわかる。
- 入力しようとしているブラウザが、ブラウザを移動させてみて、ブラウザの外にまで動かせるかどうか。「ブラウザ・イン・ザ・ブラウザ」でないか。地道にチェックを続けておこう。
- 電話番号などが掲載されていればそれも調べてみよう。（今回の場合、番号は違っていて、関連情報が掲載されているのでスパムとわかる。
